Want to try the ASP.net + VB web program? Go ahead! If you have access to a ASP.net server, just upload the script to it, otherwise, you can download Microsoft's express version of Visual Studio to test it!
Want to try the PHP web program? Go ahead! If you have access to a Apache server with PHP installed(4.4+) you can upload the script to it, otherwise, you can download an apache+php installed from XAMPP!
